How do I change my contact information?
Need to change your contact information? Do so in the customer portal, you can also submit a ticket for any concern you have. You can manage your account by accessing current and past statements, adding/updating or deleting payment methods, and process a payment on your account. We accept Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Discover, and E-Check/ACH which will come directly from your account. E-Check/ACH can be set up for auto draft each month, or you have the option to manually process the payment in the portal.
Can I send check by mail?
As a valued Texas Wavenet Wireless customer, you also have the option to send in your check by mail or use your bank’s bill pay system. Even if you choose not to use the payment feature in our customer portal, you will enjoy the convenience of the other features available to you as a customer of Texas Wavenet Wireless.
